MOTHER’S DAY 2012 DELIVERY POLICIES

Mother’s Day is a beautiful and wonderful day to celebrate our moms. Due to the high volume of orders placed online, over the phone and walk-ins it is very difficult to deliver a last minute order. Any order received three days prior to a holiday is considered to be a last minute order and cannot be guaranteed for a specific time or delivery day.

All last minute orders will be delivered on the next available delivery days, (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) due to the availability of product and total work hours in a day. We understand that this is a very special day set aside to honor our mothers and sending flowers to her on this special day is crucial. However, we work on a “first-come, first-served” policy, whereby the orders of the customers are attended to in the order that they arrived, without biases or preferences. We can only accomplish so many orders and so many deliveries in a single work day, so we have to push some back to the next available delivery day.

By ordering online, you are authorizing us to deliver your order on the next available delivery day.

NOTE: On Thursday, May 10, 2012 it is the national Latino Mother’s Day.

We are dealing with a VERY HIGH VOLUME of orders due to the proximity of these holidays.

Be assured that we are sincerely attempting to deliver your order as soon as we possibly can. Each delivery van carries anywhere between 50-60 orders; we are non-stop designing and delivering orders during the holidays. We want to accommodate everyone and their wishes, but we have to be impartial. We can guarantee that your order with be handled with the upmost care in regards to your recipient. We appreciate your trust and loyalty to us and allowing us to fill your floral needs!

If your mother lives local to you, we suggest that you walk into your local flower shop and hand deliver your arrangement yourself to your mother. This guarantees that your mother will receive an arrangement from you on the day you prefer, because you have taken the extra steps to walk-in to your local flower shop and deliver them yourself.
